Dave has practiced law in the
Kansas City area for 30 years. His
career began in 1978 when he joined the law firm of Morris, Larson, King, Stamper & Bold. Dave was mentored by his father Roy, a
trial lawyer in Kansas City for 50 years. Dave followed his Dad’s footsteps having tried over 50 cases to verdict. |

● Dave has tried over 50 jury trials both locally
and around the country.
● He has collected millions of dollars in
settlements and verdicts on behalf of victims of professional negligence,
defective products, and automobile and truck accidents.
● He has handled numerous appeals, many of which
are landmark decisions in product liability law in Missouri. |
