Kristi’s practice areas include workers’ compensation, general
civil litigation and insurance coverage disputes. After serving seven years as an Assistant Attorney General
with the Missouri Attorney General’s office, Kristi joined Withers, Brant, Igoe
& Mullennix, P.C. in 2008. |

| Experience |
● Served as Senior Unit Chief in the Kansas City office of the
Missouri Attorney General’s Office Labor Division, representing the State of
Missouri as an Employer and the Missouri Second Injury Fund in workers’
compensation matters.
● Regularly appears on behalf of Employees and Employers
before the Missouri and Kansas Divisions of Workers Compensation and the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission.
● Has appeared before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western
and Eastern districts. |
