Before she became a lawyer, Nichole Stewart spent 23 years at the international headquarters of Hallmark Cards, in sales, product development, and training. When she advises on an employment matter now, she is reading the situation from inside a corporate environment she worked in for two decades, not from the outside.
Her employment practice covers the issues that arise between employers and employees across the Northland and Kansas City. Her estate and trust practice focuses on building plans that fit the particular family in front of her: protecting what they have accumulated, providing for the people who depend on them, and sparing them the disputes that generic documents invite.
Nichole is a Liberty, Missouri native and a graduate of Liberty High School, and her ties to this community run back to childhood. She is an active member of the Clay County Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Association of Women Lawyers.
