W. Isaac Freestone
Shareholder
Isaac’s practice includes transactional law and litigation. Isaac specializes in contracts, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, business matters, commercial construction, and estate planning/administration. Some of Isaac’s experience includes representing clients in large-scale multimillion dollar commercial construction projects, Chapter 100 bond projects, contract drafting, and negotiations.
One thing that sets Isaac apart from other lawyers is his nearly twenty years experience as a law enforcement professional with a major metropolitan police department. During his service, Isaac’s assignments included working as an undercover detective, homicide detective, federal task force officer, and concluded as a helicopter pilot. Isaac conducted hundreds of state and federal investigations and was awarded numerous commendations, including the Medal of Valor. Isaac now applies that same aggressive ethic to serve his clients as their advocate and legal counselor.
Isaac and his wife live in the Kansas City area and are active serving in their church and community. Isaac enjoys the outdoors and is an avid pickleball player.
