Beau Broussard is an experienced attorney who came to Withers, Brant, Igoe and Mullennix after over a decade of managing his own practice.  He will work closely with you to make sure you understand your rights, your responsibilities, your risks, and your opportunities.  Clients quickly find that he strives to reach amicable solutions, but also has the passion to be a zealous advocate.

 

Beau frequently assists clients in a wide variety of civil matters, including trust administration and litigation, estate planning, family law, real estate, business and corporate matters, and various other types of civil and commercial litigation and transactions.

 

He has been recognized by SuperLawyers since 2015, and has received the Client Distinction Award from Martindale-Hubbell.  He previously served as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for Burlington Mattress Co. – a subsidiary of Tempur Sealy International.  He also frequently serves as a Guardian ad Litem, representing children in the court system and advocating for their best interests.  He is active in public and civic organizations, including serving on the Regional Advisory Council for the Liberty Hospital Foundation, and on the Board of Directors of the Clay County Bar Association.
