Samantha N. Cusumano

Associate

Sam is an associate attorney dedicated to delivering practical solutions to each client's unique goals.  She has assisted in a range of matters, including contract disputes, real estate and real estate finance transactions, civil litigation, and family law. Her career has included work with individuals, businesses, and institutional lenders, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the issues facing her clients.

 

Before becoming an attorney, Sam spent seven years as a commercial real estate finance paralegal, giving her a strong foundation in legal and financial matters.  Sam earned her law degree from the University of Missouri- Kansas City, and graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas with dual degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology.

 

Sam and her husband live in the Northland, and greatly enjoy being active members of the Clay County community.
