Allen Jones is dedicated to working with clients to achieve their estate planning goals. He advises clients through all stages of the process, from the initial planning and preparation of wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and other estate-planning documents, through the final settlement of post-death affairs. Ultimately, Allen strives to help individuals and families protect their assets throughout their lives and preserve those assets for children or other beneficiaries. He is passionate about providing personalized and dedicated service to all his clients.

Allen also loves serving. He is very active with his church and has participated in Boy Scouts and other youth organizations for well over a decade. Allen and his family created a non-profit organization called Kids for Kosovo, which raises funds for improvised schools in Kosovo. He takes an annual trip to Kosovo to work on those schools.

Allen is a judge advocate with the Army National Guard.  During his military career, he deployed to Kuwait in 2017 and Kosovo in 2014, serving in numerous positions including: Executive Officer and Host Nation Operations Officer to the Senior Defense Official in the U.S. Embassy in Kuwait, Operational Law Attorney to the 35th Infantry Division,  Foreign Claims Commissioner, Legal Assistance OIC, and a Command Judge Advocate. Allen currently serves as the senior defense counsel for Trial Defense Services in Kansas, and is honored to serve with the brave men and women who protect our country.
